The Off-Site Work Space Structure

Each Off-Site Representative is connected to our Terminal Server in Texas via PC and the Internet. Incoming access is through a broadband internet connection for the best possible response time. We contract with a Systems Management company that is online with D&S, Ltd. seven days a week, 24 hours a day, maintaining and monitoring our hardware and software systems. Our Off-Site representatives view and work from our system, just as any other on-site representative.

Each Off-Site location is equipped with the following:

  • Separate business phone
  • Inbound/outbound facsimile capabilities
  • Voicemail designated for D&S, Ltd.
  • A toll-free number for customer calls
  • Access to Recovery software
  • Monitored and controlled D&S, Ltd. email address
