The Off-Site Management Structure
Daily calls are conducted with each Off-Site Recovery Representative. Account concerns, debtor issues, and client procedures are discussed.
Company conference calls with D&S, Ltd. recovery groups are conducted on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to discuss major issues, policy and procedure, and inter-departmental communication.
Specific information, comprising a variety of issues, is provided via email or facsimile on a regular basis.
Introductory training is on-site at our Corporate facility in Round Rock, Texas. Additional training is conducted on a quarterly basis at an off-site location, combining several D&S, Ltd. associates for a group setting.
Each recovery agent is monitored through a superior phone-monitoring system. Calls are critiqued and cached into our call repository library; training tapes are utilized on a regular basis.
Audits are conducted by management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis with each associate. Account coverage is reviewed online, Realtime.
Representatives are brought to Austin, Texas, for performance reviews, client meetings, and/or continuation in training.
