Off-Site Network Specific Requirements

The D&S, Ltd. Off-Site Network's focus is to continue being on the cutting-edge of technology, enabling us to grow with the best staffing and resources available. We take full advantage of all telecommunications, hardware, software and internet technology. As we expand our Off-Site Network, we will continue to expand our administration resources to support our off-site staff.

  • Each satellite office is connected to our Terminal Server in Texas via PC and the internet.
  • Incoming access is through a broadband internet connection for best possible response time.
  • All inbound and outbound calls are monitored, recorded and retained indefinitely. Each satellite is given a toll-free number for seamless protocol.
  • Backup documentation is received and scanned at the Corporate office for remote 'View Only' privileges. When it is necessary for the forwarding of documentation, it is sent from the Corporate office for a paperless, secure process.
  • Communication with our off-site staff is conducted on a daily basis. Company issues, policy/procedure, inter-departmental communication, and on-going training are provided through email, fax or conference calls.
  • Our satellite offices are inter-connected through the D&S, Ltd. Intranet. Human Resources, instructional manuals, policies/procedures, information, training materials, Call Library access, company updates, and all other resources are available to our remote staff.
  • The Corporate office in Texas provides Client Services, Administration, Cash Application, Finance, Data Entry, Systems, Clerical, and all other support functions to the organization.

Representatives who work independently from a satellite office show the highest level of work efficiency, contact ratios, and recovery per account. The Off-Site Environment allows the representative the flexibility to achieve the appropriate management of time and effort.

Focus
Our Off-Site locations are not subject to the many situations that keep an employee from focusing on performance. Traffic delays, weather problems, and office politics are non-existent issues with our Off-Site staff.

Crisis Prevention
Each of our Off-Site locations are independent from each other, while tying into the company headquarters. With our numerous satellite offices throughout the United States, it is nearly impossible to experience a crisis that would virtually affect all Off-Site locations.
