Inventory Management
D&S, Ltd. has developed a distinctive inventory management model, requiring that every account placed is processed with the most effective, manageable and efficient methods.

Immediate Processing
Accounts are placed within 24 hours of receipt. Management reviews and disburses the accounts to the assigned, dedicated collectors, and the recovery campaign is initiated.

Work Standards
D&S, Ltd. has specific, stringent work standards that apply to every account placed. We have developed three levels of standards:

  • Large Balance
  • Mid-Range Balance
  • Small Balance

All ranges are designed to meet and exceed any client requirement.

Audit Environment
The D&S, Ltd. management team incessantly audits all inventories for appropriate compliance to standards. Every account placed is worked with the highest level of intensity.

Client Dedication
Each representative is dedicated to a client or industry group, dependant on their expertise and experience. Every account is handled by an experienced professional, specialized in that particular industry.

Balance-Range Specific
Representatives are sub-categorized into the three balance ranges of large balance, mid-range balance, and small balance. D&S, Ltd. methodically chooses specific representatives for each balance range with incentive, production, compensation, account coverage, and audits designed specifically for maximum results and compliance.

Inventory Ceiling
D&S, Ltd. maintains each representative unit (desk) total inventory of 100-130 accounts. No representative's desk will exceed 150 accounts. Unit maintenance assures every applicable account placed with D&S, Ltd. will be seen and worked every day. Each account will be thoroughly reviewed, skipped, analyzed, and appropriately followed until all efforts exhausted.

Cradle-to-Grave
A D&S, Ltd. representative will own an account from placement to closurecradle-to-grave. Having one representative work an account gives a consistent, uninterrupted work campaign. Under certain circumstances, an account may be moved to another representative if the situation calls for a second voice.

Account Finalization: Management Review
When a representative feels all efforts have been exhausted on an account, they will transfer the account to their manager for removal. The manager will review for compliance to standards, the appropriate efforts executed, and the adequate time given for maximum recovery. Those accounts that pass the review are then given a final evaluation by the manager, and removed from the representative's inventory. Those accounts not properly worked are returned to the representative for further work.

Call Construction
D&S, Ltd. allows each agent to have his/her own technique. However, D&S, Ltd. has developed a calling structure, defining several key components to a conversation. The D&S, Ltd. call structure assures conformity, consistency and thoroughness.

Call Quality
Call quality is continually reviewed with call monitoring and call recordings for training or cross-training purposes. D&S, Ltd. has build a Call Library, housing an extensive number of recorded calls for the use in training and compliance.
