Client Web Portal
D&S, Ltd. provides each client with an independent Web Portal, allowing a hands-on integrated approach
to viewing and handling all accounts placed. Our clients can place new business, view/audit existing or
archived accounts (ClientAudit), listen to recorded calls, communicate information, and track invoices.

Provides our clients with easy and secure access to account information:

Digital Recording Technology
Using leading open source PBX, Asterisk, D&S, Ltd. digitally records every call made between our staff and
your customers. All calls are trans-coded to mp3 format for easy transfer and accessibility.
Call Library
D&S, Ltd. has an extensive library, housing a broad array of recorded calls. Chosen calls are
listened to, critiqued, documented, and then categorized and moved to the D&S, Ltd. Call Library for future use.
Custom Phone Integration
D&S, Ltd.'s underlying Asterisk PBX technology allows for a dedicated toll-free number to be provided for
any client RMS campaign. A toll-free number will be directed to D&S, Ltd. with dedicated, client-specific voicemail and answering procedures.
Document Repository (Document Mall)
The D&S, Ltd. "Document Mall" is a self-hosted document repository application, providing fast and
efficient access to all debtor backup from anywhere, at anytime.
- All documents are protected with industry-standard SSL encryption.

- Restricted access via Single Authentication Store (SAS).

Batch Processing
RMS requires accurate account updating of financial information between client and agency. Our "open systems"
can batch process any structured information you provide in your format of preference. D&S, Ltd. will make sure to
synchronize that data so our agents have the most current information available.
Batch Scrubbing
D&S, Ltd. has the ability to batch scrub any portfolio, regardless of size, for bankruptcy or skip-tracing purposes.
An automated, seamless internal process provides 24-hour return of information to and from D&S, Ltd. Returned information
is routed immediately for account determination.
Disaster Recovery
D&S, Ltd. uses a multi-faceted strategy to protect its critical business assets. We maintain agreements with remote
collocation facilities to resume business functions in the event of disaster.
- Daily differential backups and complete weekly backups.
- Daily off-site rotation of backup media.
- Nightly synchronization of critical business assets at a remote facility.
